I have arrived in DC. Well, College Park, Maryland to be exact. I got weirdly misty-eyed when I passed through Rosslyn, and actually it doesn't look to have changed too much, from the half dozen streets I caught.

I really want to wander around through my old haunts in Arlington, but I'm also fairly sure I'm just not going to have any time. /: Also, I am currently exhausted from having left at 5:15 AM in order to get to the airport on time.

Oh, I should perhaps mention - I doubt I will have time because I am down here for my second ever business trip. It's almost like I have a real job or something. <_< I'm mostly looking forward to this week, but I do expect to come out of it looking like I've been beaten about the head repeatedly with an aardvark. Ah well, at least it's pretty down here.
